The Perun Slivovitz is double distilled in closed, controlled and integrated process. It is made of the domestic Serbian prune variety Cacanska rodna (The Fertile Plum Of Cacak) grown at Fruska Gora, Vojvodina. During automated distillation fruity aroma is well preserved and indicators of alcohol, strength, sourness, sweetness are combined and balanced. It is designed to fit every taste. It ages 3 years in barrels made of Serbian domestic oak on the estate. Rapidly becomes one of the most popular Slivovitz in the region.
