Massively produced brandy, not hand-crafted. Tawny colour and aroma of a rather strong and cheap drink. I'm not so sure it is all made of fruit.

Manastrika slivovitz is obtained by mixing and double destillation of various autochthonous types of plum species, among which Moravka and Crvena ranka dominate. Its quality and taste is therefore constant, because the ratio of various distillates of plum brandy changes from year to year due to their different organoleptic properties that vary from vintage to vintage.
