This apple brandy is distilled from carefully selected apple fruits and aged in oak barrels for development and integration of flavors. The distinctive flavor is relative to the apple varieties used, type of oak and maturation period. The longer it is aged, the smoother the drink becomes. Therefore, the monks from the Patriarchal basement in Sremski Karlovci are using the high quality apples grown in Serbia and traditional way of production to make a brandy that is recognized with the sweetness of apple fruits in the nose and with an underlayment of vanilla and carmelization from the oak.
