From selected ripe plums the pits are separated away. The mash compressed and fermented and double distilled. The slivovitz is then stored in stainless steel tanks for further ageing until bottling.

Well balanced, but I prefer the tawny colour which this one doesn't have. The tawny colour brings a charm to the slivovitz.

MB Impex was founded in 1996 in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, and the company's main business is the production of fruit brandies, herbal and fruit liqueurs and spirits. The company includes an orchard in the village of Nožički at the foot of Motajica Mountain on an area of 45 hectares. We produce 500 tons of fruit a year, mainly Williams pears, but also plums, quinces and somewhat forgotten old apple varieties, cakes, leather goods and vegetables.
