This type of brandy is always double-distilled. Rubin Distillery is one of the large producers that manages to preserve the specific “prepecenica” aroma in two distillations. It is produced in large quantites and standard quality is guaranteed by the producer’s name.
Although I'm not quite sure whether it was completely distilled of fermented plum, its aroma, strength and odor are quite acceptable. Massively produced, no doubt about that.
