Ripe fruit is used, carefully selected, compressed and fermented. Distilling process is traditional. No artificial aroma or colour, completely natural. Afterwards matures in oak barrels for 5 – 7 years. The slivovitz is distilled in limited quantity every year and is dedicated to friends, family, good restaurants and distinguished stores.
Very very nice. Aging in barel makes it smooth, I even thought it was similar to cognac. Of course, there is a difference, but this slivovitz is one of those that minimize the distance.
