Description

Orthodox monks of Kovilj monastery named the cognac Ison, after the back voice during the unanimous monastery chanting. It is mouthfull, buttery, of sweet ending, but strong and of solid character. After being mildly warmed by hand, it opens the palette of various aromas: vanilla-chocolate, caramelized south fruits and citrus, with balance and unrepeatable beauty.

Luka quote
Strongly recommended

When you have a sip of it, first you must wait for a couple of moments, stare and feel your palate. You are then feeling a variety of aromas. It is very deep. Well done!

Famous quote
A meal without a good glass of plum brandy is like a day without sun.
