Barique colour with quince fragrance aged in oak wood.

Ripe quince from Grocka region, nearby Belgrade, is smashed and left to ferment. The brandy is distilled in traditional way. It is crucial to preserve nice odor during distilling. Aged in oak wood and is granted barique color.


	The first quince brandy that I find to be enriched with barique oak barrel. This enrichment makes its character even more emphasized and luxurious.

Preserving tradition and using a countries-old receipe, three good friends have managed to produce refined brandies of the best available fruit. They named these brandies after themselves: The Serbian Trio
