The Three Angels Cellar is named after the kids, but also the name represents the 3 brandies. The orchards are situated in Deliblat Sands, a unique sandy terrain in Europe. The fruit is left on trees to mature fully, until its complete ripeness. It is smashed pitted and fermentation is fully controlled. The first distillate has alchol strength of 60-70%. The special water from Rajac Mountain is used to reduce the alcohol to the usual 40%.
