Description
The Perun Slivovitz is distilled twice in a closed, controlled and integrated process. It is made from the native Serbian plum variety Cacanska rodna (The Fruitful Plum of Cacak) grown in Fruska Gora, Vojvodina. During the automated distillation, the fruity aroma is well preserved, and the indicators of alcohol, strength, acidity and sweetness are combined and balanced. It is designed for every taste. It is aged for 3 years in Serbian domestic oak barrels at the winery. Quickly becoming one of the most popular slivovitz in the region.
