This is a splendid brandy of the highest quality, something like French cognac. Still, I rather prefer Slivovitz than French cognac. Here, you can really feel the smell and taste of marathon aging of brandy, while that is not the case with cognac. The French ozonize the distillate and thus accelerate the aging process of cognac, while with our brandy this is not possible.
