Slivovitz Zavet was made of 2 local plum varieites, Cacanka rodna and Cacanska lepotica. Using the 2 plum varieties with different characterisitcs, helps the destiller to blend Slivovitz of better taste and fragrance. It was aged for at least 5 years in domestic sessile oak barrels on the family estate. Being very calm and potable, it can be consumed both as apertiive before the meal or digestive at the sunset.
