Quince brandy

According to old Serbian tradition, quince is symbol of love, happiness and fertility! Also, Serbia is the biggest producer of quince in Europe and among ten biggest producers of this fruit in the world. Quince is a fruit with a small percentage of sugar, so it is important not to pick up the fruits too early. Therefore, quince brandy production starts with careful selection of high quality quinces raised in Kraljevo and Cacak regions, that are well known by quince production in Serbia. Distillation of fruits is made on traditional way with the application of modern technology and production knowledge. Also, distilled brandy is kept in handmade oak barrels and this provides an impressive golden color and light fruit aroma.
