Beside beautiful landscape of Zlatibor mountain, this part of Serbia is known by its long and successful tradition of brandy production. Plum brandy is distilled only from locally raised plums. Namely, brandy is distilled from four autochthones sorts (so called “ranka, trnovača, madžarka and stenlejka”), while domestic oak barrels provide unique taste of homemade brandy

About the brand
The small family distillery “Kosjerka” is located in the village Gajevi, near Kosjeric in the western part of Serbia. In this region, at 1,000 meters above sea level, plum is one of the most common fruit trees. At “Kosjerka” distillery all production is made by an old recipe, but they also accept advices of technologists who are experts in this field. The Damjanovic family takes a lot to the tradition, but also improves its products and adjust them to the needs of a modern consumer accordingly. Nowadays, Krunska brandy has its three types of fruit brandy: plum, apricot and quince. All three types of brandy are winners of many awards. In addition, Krunska brandy is recognizable in the market, not only by its beautiful golden colour and unique taste, as well as by its golden “crown” stamped on the bottle’s label.
