Strong plum brandy slivovitz of dark amber color and balanced aroma packed in a flat 1-Litre bottle. It reminds of its famous relative, Manastirka Prokupac Slivovitz, and bears the similar name- “The Monasterial”. Its strength, acids and aromas are well balanced and make it very suitable as apperitiv or evening digestiff.

The slivovitz was aged in stainless containers, preserving its fruity ingredients.  High-quality raw materials and extended fermentation makes it a plum brandy of high purity. State-of-the-art production facilities guarantee a particularly pure and balanced taste. Plum Brandy Slivovitz is distilled from the ripe fruit of Prunus  Domestica (domestic plum). The ripe and healthy plum fruit is crushed at the first place and the seeds are removed. Crushing fruit makes the fermentation start in couple of hours. Seeds are removed to avoid bitterness.
