Sale to Minors

TasteBrandy.de (the seller) does not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age due to local laws. By using the site, the customer confirms they are over 18 years old. By using this site, the customer also confirms that the person receiving alcohol delivery from TasteBrandy.de is over 18 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Due to German youth protection laws, we double-check the age of potential buyers:

1. During the ordering process, the potential buyer must provide their ID card number, passport number, or international passport number. This number will be verified in the Schufa database.
2. Upon delivery, the buyer must show their passport or ID card.

If the potential buyer does not meet our criteria during these two steps, the transaction will be stopped or canceled, and the delivery will be returned to the warehouse.

Orders

Only orders with a properly and fully completed order form will be accepted. The order is considered an offer for a purchase agreement upon completion. The purchase agreement is finalized when the seller confirms the order and the customer makes payment.

Prices

The customer acknowledges that they are familiar with the seller’s prices in Euros, as displayed on www.TasteBrandy.de. Payment can be made using any method accepted by our authorized online processing company. All prices include 19% VAT, which is explicitly listed with the price, and excise tax.

Contract Conclusion

When a customer places an internet order (adding selected goods to the "shopping cart" or "your cart" by clicking the "add to cart" button and completing all required fields in the forms displayed after clicking "buy") and pays for the ordered goods, TasteBrandy.de confirms this order via email, notifying the buyer that the order has been accepted.

The next business day, the customer receives another email from TasteBrandy.de confirming the payment transaction and that the ordered goods have been handed over to a delivery company. This email also includes a tracking number to follow the delivery. This final step signifies the completion of the purchase agreement between TasteBrandy.de and its buyer.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel the contract with TasteBrandy.de for ordered goods at any time up to the end of the second day after receiving the goods. The customer does not need to provide a reason for canceling the contract. To cancel, the customer must notify TasteBrandy.de via email and return the goods to the seller’s registered address at the customer’s cost and risk.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• TasteBrandy.de pays if we delivered incorrect goods. We will replace them at our cost.
• TasteBrandy.de pays if the goods are defective for any reason.
• The buyer pays if they no longer want the goods and TasteBrandy.de fulfilled the order correctly.

TasteBrandy.de reserves the right to cancel the contract if: (A) the ordered goods are unavailable for any reason, (B) the ordered goods are undeliverable, or (C) the customer is unreachable at the provided address.

Customer Liability

Please note that TasteBrandy.de is responsible for delivery until it reaches the customer.

The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and legislation concerning their purchase and subsequent use of the ordered goods.
