Made of 4 different varieties of grape from family vineyards in Sumadija, Central Serbia region.

4 varietes from family vineyards in Central Serbia are used to make this brandy: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet and Merlot. Every grape variete is distilled separately and coupaged afterwards, before aging.


	Interesting! Austere and tart, it tells its own story. It is deliberately made austere to be a good aperitif and it was used to cure the higher body temperature in the old days. Well, my temperature was normal.

Stevanovic Cellar is a family-owned distillery and vinery, situated at the gentle slopes of Sumadija, Central Serbian region. The first written documents about wine making and brandy distilling date back in 1805. The family owns thier own vineyards of 10ha and their orchards of 8ha.
