Colorless pear brandy of supreme quality, distilled from fermented Williams pears, with a recognizable fruity fragrance, smooth taste, and a pleasant aperitif character.

Highly aromatic Williams pears are left to ferment for three weeks before the distillation process begins. Pear brandy must retain the aroma of the fruit it is made from. It is aged in stainless steel casks before bottling to preserve its purity and fresh character.
